Budget

Whatever build you decide on, we like to do things a little differently and start the process with your build budget. By knowing this, we can limit the usual building stress and ensure there are no hidden surprises or cost blow outs.

Design

With your budget in mind, we can find or create the right home for you. Whether it’s one of our Blackwood Selections, a variation of, or a collaborative effort with our in-house design team or your preferred designer for a Blackwood Exclusive custom home design. We work closely with you to discover your vision, understand your intended lifestye and family needs.

Considering the above, we ensure every aspect of your dream home is taken into consideration. Whether we find a site for your build or you already have one, we dive deep into the site location to maximise its potential when it comes to your house design. From here, the finer details are thought through from floor plan to the façade.  Don’t worry, you’ll be able to see your design come to life on our design software!

Deliver

Once your house design fits within your budget and land, we get down to business! From the moment we break ground until the keys are in your hands, we are with you every step of the way.

Throughout the collaborative process you will receive weekly updates and progress photos from your appointed customer relationship manager whom you can contact at any time.
